Our practice was originally established in 1975 by Michael Sale, a seasoned professional with a strong background in the construction industry. Michael is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB) and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), bringing decades of technical insight and project experience to every job.
Today, the business continues as a close-knit, family-run team — combining traditional professionalism with a modern, collaborative spirit.
